Galia Lahav eleanor from tales of the jazz age bridal collection,is a dress to remember. I purchased this masterpiece from a Galia Lahav flagship store in Los Angeles. Purchased as a sample and professionally altered by Galia Lahav herself,to fit these measurements bust 35 waist/28.5/hips 39/height with heels 5"11 and was dry cleaned after. Anyway,I ended not wearing her as my wedding was canceled.
She is still in excellent state, the dry cleaning company was excellent.
Eleanor is a long sleeve gown with a V-neck front. The back is a V-shape cut as well with lace embroidered flames facing inward. The lace flames travel from the shoulder line down to the train. The lace used on the gown is a special French lace displaying an antique crochet net and floral patterns. The dress has long lace sleeves with medieval ruffle details around the wrists, laced with a satin ribbon. The train is long made of sheer silk tulle trimmed with the ivory lace flames.
